Everything happens entirely in your browser, on your own computer:

• We never see, receive, store, or have any way of knowing your password — or anything else you type or do on this page.
• We do not record or transmit your keystrokes, mouse movements, clicks, screen, form contents, or any other activity.
• Your password is written directly from your browser to your device through your operating system’s own file picker. It is never uploaded, sent, logged, or shared anywhere.
• There are no servers, accounts, analytics, trackers, cookies, advertisements, or third parties of any kind involved in configuring your device.
• Once this page has loaded, it works fully offline. You can verify all of this by viewing the page source.

Terms of Use & Disclaimer

This tool configures a USB device that emulates a keyboard and automatically types a password you choose and store on the device. Anyone with physical possession of the device can make it type your stored password into a computer — it is, in effect, a physical key.

You are solely responsible for choosing your password, for physically securing the device, for keeping an independent backup of any password you store, and for the consequences if the device is lost, stolen, shared, or accessed by anyone else.

The optional “Encrypt” setting is only light, reversible obfuscation to deter casual reading — it is not secure encryption and must not be relied upon to protect a password.

The Product is a convenience tool and is not designed or warranted for protecting high-value, regulated, financial, medical, governmental, life-safety, or otherwise critical accounts or systems. You assume all risk of such use.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, you release and waive any claim against Barricade Code LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates (the “Released Parties”) for any password that is lost, forgotten, stolen, exposed, intercepted, corrupted, or otherwise compromised; any unauthorized access to any account, device, or system; any data loss; any device, firmware, or software malfunction; any damage to any computer or hardware; and any other issue the Product may cause or be claimed to cause. You assume all risk of using the Product.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, passwords, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to the Product, and their total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Product or US$5.00.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising out of your use or misuse of the Product or your violation of these terms. You will use the Product only on computers and accounts you own or are authorized to access, and only in compliance with applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Barricade Code LLC is organized.
